Africa Agenda has been selected to be the spotlight non-profit that will help showcase this year’s Building Aurora’s Future. Building Aurora’s Future is in its second year and was started by This year, the focus is education and will involve back-to-school supply giveaways, a job fair, health fair, free haircuts, free food, free massage therapy, live music, and much more.
“The event is tailored to promote businesses in the area, provide a platform for organizations providing resources to the community, and help to prepare our children for the school year. The event will offer a complete 360° view on stabilizing home life,” said event organizer Nneka Woulard of Wells Fargo Bank in a press release issued July 1.
For Africa Agenda, it is an opportunity to present our organization to the public, and speak about what we are doing as an organization. We are is inviting everyone to come out and be part of this event.
