African literature is an enormous pleasure that brings to life and adds dimensions to current issues. Kenneth Usongo, PhD, a specialist in African and English literature, will guide Africa Agenda members through some of the best literature of the continent. The group would meet on Saturday afternoon every other month near Denver University– pleasurable reading required!

  1. The Old Man and the Medal is by Ferdinand Oyono. You can request a copy through any public or university library in Colorado and Wyoming.
